To select the operational parameters according to quality and operational limitations in order to meet the quality requirements.
Direct and coordinate production, processing, and distribution activities of Plant.
Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
Developing and executing plant projects and initiatives to improve safety, reliability and quality.
Prepare processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory and spare parts requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments.
Planning and executing of major and minor plant maintenance activities including management and oversight of contractors.
Develop process engineering packages including PFDs, P&IDs, and Process Datasheets etc.
Maintain Knowledge of industry codes, standards, regulations and company standards.
Maintain awareness of technology development opportunities.
Execution of Site Contingency Plan during an incident.
Provide the Technical and Managerial support to operators for production planning.
To prepare the production & down time report. It is helpful for continuous improvement in production & reduces the down time.
Ensure implements the Safety, Quality & Environment ISO Procedure to meet the international quality requirements.
Monitoring the performance of Pumps, Chiller, Compressor, Booster/Turbine, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Column and other process equipment.
Implementation and follow up of HSE regulation (work to permit System) HAZARD Identification, RISK Assessment, HAZOP etc.
• Monitoring and Operation of Crushers, Evaporators, Vacuum Panes, Centrifugal Machines,
• Clarifiers, Agitator Tanks, Dryers
• Monitoring and evaluation of pumps and valves
• Laboratory Test of Liquor, Sucrose, molasses and press mud.
• Parameters monitoring at boiler house.
