● Leading and managing the operation activities with 21 clients i.e. SEIPL A. Nagar (Production-In plant Services, FG- In plant
and outside Plant, and MCB Manufacturing Unit), Kirloskar Engine Oil Ltd, Mahindra-Powerol, Cummins, Volvo Eicher, Hyva
India Ltd. (Line Feeding, Kit Operations in Pune and Mumbai), Whirlpool, Ammann, and Simmond Marshall within a
Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Gujrat States.
● Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, optimizing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a high-quality
service level with a sale value of +5.0 Cr per month.
● Playing a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
● Leading Operations with a team of 21 Project Heads;100+ Executive/Officers/Supervisor, Blue collared Team Size +1800 Nos.
● Remarkable 28% year-over-year growth in sales for our encirclement.
● Receiving widespread customer appreciation is a major achievement that signifies high-quality service and strong loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to the operational teams across multiple
locations within the assigned cluster.
● Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance
overall productivity within the cluster.
● Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics (KPI), such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy,
cost per unit, and customer satisfaction, to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
● Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the cluster's operations, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
● Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal utilization and seamless operations across the cluster.
● Team Development: Build, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
● Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
● Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to establish strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective services.
● Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
● Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the cluster, aligning operational goals with broader company objectives.
● Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols across all operational activities.
● Technology Integration: Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
● Business Development: Front-lining the business development efforts by building the pipeline, Maintaining, and mining existing customer relationships, and cross-referrals.
● Deal Making & Closure: Defining processes to structure deals, including valuation and negotiation; monitoring financial performance of signed deals, trouble-shoot problems with channel partners.
● Industry & Market Intelligence: Keep abreast with developments in the sector and create opportunities for the organization.
Additionally implementing the new projects.
