Reviews and check the completeness of tender documents. Studies the tender documents; check discrepancies between the specifications, drawings and BOQ. Prepares the quantity take-off as per drawings and projects specifications and do quantity comparison between Bill of Quantities and quantity take-off derived. Pricing tender projects and preparing a full technical proposal for the project and once awarded, inspecting the site until completion. Description of Works
- Prepare cutting list of rebar based on design plans.
- Inspect site if rebar are properly installed and quantified.
