The position acquire many different fields related to before and after sales services regarding the variety of products provided by the Company.
Duravit Company is one of the well know companies in the world of bathrooms and wellness products, beginning by Series of ceramics (Washbasins, Toilets and bidets), continuing by bathroom furniture (Consoles, vanity units and cabinets...) into acrylics (bathtubs, whirling systems and pools) and wellness products (Sauna, Massage room and steam room) along with ceramic kitchen sinks too.
I am responsible of the product sales training for the Dealers of the company in the middle east and for the technical trainings too regarding all our products.
Our office is based in Beirut, where we provide technical trainings for the technical employees of our dealers coming from all over the middle east to join those specified trainings.
As well as, I travel in my turn to the dealers places where i provide them with sales trainings for their sales teams.
◦Receive request of quotation for custom made products or BOQ for subcontracting.
◦Search and select required items from architectural drawings or sketch based on agreed design.
◦Estimate needed quantities of variable materials used: steel, stainless steel, glass and wood…
◦ Fill estimation sheet after asking for material price from various suppliers, estimate the cost of production and installation.
◦Write Cover letters and descriptions to clarify all details, approximate dimensions and prices for the client.
◦Send quotations to contacts and discuss details for modified quotations to obtain final approval for the production.
◦Organize the daily schedule of production in an effective and efficient manner.
◦Control the quality and quantity of individual work and control the production lines.
◦Major design of totally new lighting fixtures and minor redesign of old fixtures.
◦Maintenance of Machines: Basic cnc, hydraulic presses and eccentric presses.
◦Contact raw materials suppliers, negotiate prices, and purchase with ultimate discounts.
◦Manufacture wooden packages to secure exported products.
◦Reference and interference to solve problems in each manufacturing task.
◦Recruit new labors in case of need and teach them the knowhow.
Continuing education classes in MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. Project and Operations Management Emphasis.
