1. Using Solar Winds Server Monitor tool to check the health & status of 600 Linux servers and 752 Wintel servers and report to level 2 team if required.
2. Using Orion Network Monitor to check the performance of WAN Routers and LAN switches of client which are spread across ( AMERICAS, APAC & EMEAI) regions.
3. Using DMware to execute the scheduled Backup Documentum Daily & Weekly.
4. Using Veritas & Avamar backup tools to schedule the backup for all the servers monitor and report if any issues found to Level 2 backup team.
5. By Using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler to schedule jobs & monitor the scheduled jobs status and report to the job owner for action.
6. Document all the incidents using CRM ( Remedy)
7. Hardware support for all the servers by contacting HP, Juniper &EMC2 vendors and raising SR. Providing Data Center access and co-ordinate with the teams till the activity completes.
8. Communicate with vendors for Hardware replacement for storage and backup servers.
9. Bringing all the teams to Bridge & Monitor Bridge/REACT calls get the solution team to work and provided update on ongoing issues.
