System in Habshan-0, 1, 2, 4, Compression, and Utility Plant related to DCS, ESD, FGS, Machine
Monitoring System (MMS), Anti Surge & Performance Control (ASC/PC), Turbine Control System
(TCS), Package PLC and replacement of obsolete field instruments and valves along with cabling
system installation. New OT security system will be part of this Project.
My responsibility is to upgrade existing DCS ABB 800xa and Symphony Plus / Baliey to Yokogawa
DCS.
• Leading upgrade project at ADNOC Gas Plant, handling ABB 800xA and Symphony Plus/
Bailey Infi 90 systems.
• Scope includes modernization of 150 redundant controllers, 50, 000 I/Os, 400 servers/VMs,
500 switches, and 150 firewalls.
• Integration with Yokogawa, GE, Bentley, Honeywell, and Rockwell systems using MODBUS
and OPC.

• Delivered service and project execution across Mining, Cement, Power, Petrochemical, and
Oil & Gas plants.
• Specialized in ABB 800xA and Symphony Plus upgrades, commissioning, cybersecurity
configurations, and FAT/SAT execution.
• Managed large-scale upgrades including Freeport Indonesia (7, 000 tags), Exxon Cepu
(33, 000 I/O), Chevron (Boiler control system), and multiple cement and pulp & paper plants.

• Executed service and commissioning projects for DCS Honeywell Experion, PMD, and QCS
systems.
• Handled process optimization, preventive maintenance, and customer training.
Main / Service have been handled: Kassur (Paper Plant, Pakistan)

I was hired as Network Engineer for support IT department
• Responsible for IT infrastructure, Cisco networking, firewall security,
database/mail servers, and VLAN maintenance.

I was hired as E/I Engineer to be responsible for performing Preventive
Maintenance for Electric and Instrument area in normal operation. Also perform
any project for improvement purpose to support production team for get best
quality and best quantity.
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for motor valve, control valve,
transmitters, AC / DC Drive and AC / DC motors
• Programmming and troubleshooting for various PLC (Siemens Simatic PLC,
Siemens Symadyn D, Toshiba PLC, Omron PLC and Mitsubishi PLC)
• Preventive Maintenance and performing IT system administration.
