Key Responsibilities:
▪ Responsible for planning, preparing, and executing the weekly farm production schedule for entire farm operations and quarterly department KPIs. Ensure overall cleanliness of the farm systems and equipment.
▪ Administer the key verticals, such as logistics, operations performance, and production planning. ▪ Manage the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm, such as Rhodes Grass/Alfalfa export working closely with the Exports Team. I keep a close eye on UAE product quality.
▪ Ensure seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
▪ Schedule and undertake the equipment and machinery repairs, maintenance, and replacement. ▪ Maintain workplace safety compliance for the entire farm. Maximize production and profit to the farm by planning and organising the farm activities and making the most efficient use of all resources at his disposal.
▪ Entrust with the overall accountability of handling the on-farm operations and grain production.
▪ Administration and feedback on Development projects on the farm to the owners.

- Successfully increasing the productivity on the farm by strictly following new farm policies. Implementing a total new way of decision making and execution of work done.

- Research and develop a new fertigation program for Rhodes Grass through oxygenated aerobic enzymes from compost. Improved soil fertility
- Introduces Prickly Pear Cactus for fruit juice, fresh fruit, oil, and gluten free flour production.
- Introduces Aloe Vera production and a 1.5 million tree nursery.
- Introduce new citrus cultivars, pomegranate trials and mango production.
- Introduce cooperative management policies.
- Cooperate with Ambassadors of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan for agricultural projects.
