I dealt directly with the Senior Management of each Division to achieve all their manpower expectations. There was an active Service Level Agreement between my department and Divisions we serve. Additionally I dealt directly with the CEO and COO regarding ‘confidential’ senior executive appointments. We have joint venture companies \[JV partner PepsiCo\] in Jordan/ Egypt that I supported with executive recruitment.
Opened and managed a new Construction/ blue collar industry in Auckland.
