Overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product
preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair & inventory
management.
Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service.
Responsible for marketing direction and creative promotions and community events.
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, evaluation & termination of the team members.
Ensuring the store is fully staffed with a high caliber team that is able to assist in executing high
training standards.
Attending business review meetings and holds store meetings to communicate company and area
initiatives from business review meetings.
Controlling costs and minimize waste.
Implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
Participating at local food events.
Planning and developing the overall restaurant & bar marketing strategy.
Assisting the Front Office Manager in motivating the team and participating in the training and
development of the staff.
* Dealing with bookings, reservations, and daily functioning of the working area.
* Welcoming and greeting guests and keeping the established standards.
* Preparing bills and take payments.

Managing everyday operations and supervising employee activities to conform to established

* Assisting in recruitment, performance review, promotion, release, wages and salary adjustments for
employees.
* Managing F&B store operations to ensure excellent service in economic and profitable manner.
* Conducting regular staff and safety meetings and reports and investigates work-related injuries.
* Ensuring that all F&B facilities and services meet or exceed all applicable health, sanitation and/or
safety requirements.
* Formulating periodical operating and reserve budgets to support the F&B operation and manages
the F&B operation within approved budgetary limits.
* Planning and overseeing F&B services for special events and banquets.
* Responsible for day to day running of the bar.
* Creating drink and food menus.
* Determining employees’ schedules.
* Managing orders and dealing with providers.
* Hiring and training staff.
* Ensuring bar is well-stocked and clean.
* Tracking customer behavior and sales.
* Maintaining budget and monitors costs.
* Maintaining drink recipe documentation.
