I wrote news articles about the energy sector in the MENA region that were published on Energy & Utilities' website.
I was responsible for researching and citing factual information that would be included in the article. The sources we used were press releases, other news articles, journals and documents from the companies themselves.
I worked closely with the editor at the time, Mr. Alan Mammoser, to ensure that my work met the high journalistic standard of Informa Markets.
I studied the basics of programming in various languages (C#, C++, Java, .NET) and DBMS like SQL, MS Access & Oracle. I was also familiarized with the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Tally.
