Directing the engineering operations and projects of the Hotel to ensure compliance with all brand standards. Leading Hotel renovation and other projects ensuring timely completion within budget. Achievements:
● Build the new Sushiramis on time and within budget.
● Re-organized the engineering department as well as the project department.

Responsibilities: Pre-opening and opening of the Vinpearl Golf Land Resort and Villas and consulting Vinpearl Nha Trang Resort on renovation projects, budgeting and day to day operation. In charge for the maintenance of sport boats, yachts and ferries.

● Led two local teams, consisting of 97 and 51 Vietnamese employees respectively.
● Prepared OS&E and FF&E for hotel and villas.

Management of all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Led the emergency response team for all facility issues. Responsible for maintaining the dhow of the owner, run by the Hotel as a Restaurant.

● Oversaw the concrete repair work for the pool deck slab and hotel roof during full operation of the Hotel.
● Supervised the consultancy company for issuing the tender documentation for various projects, as well as the tender processes and tender analysis.
● In charge of coordinating the design for the pool deck, ballroom, new restaurant and mock-up room with the design company and hotel management.
● Oversaw the re-furnishing of the main ballroom and mock-up room.
● Replaced all the conventional lighting in public areas with LED bulbs, saving the hotel an estimated 15% of energy cost.
● Managed and supervised a team of 38 multi-national/-cultural employees.
Pre-opening and Grand-opening of the Hotel with 844 rooms and apartments and continued maintenance in coordination with the hotel engineering team and construction companies after the opening.

● Detected a major problem with the connection of the chilled water to the cascade units and rectified it.
