I am involved in the team for the project of Uniestate Supreme Tower Project (Dubai), Uniestate
Living Bay Project (RAK) as a Senior Planning Engineer. Preparing program schedule for the
project. Maintaining all the daily site progress, gradual monitoring and assigning the resources by
using PRIMAVERA and MS Office.
Responsiblities:
Prepare Baseline Schedule /report review & Delay analysis
Prepare Site progress & Procurement schedule, Monitoring
Prepare Resource loading maintenance / Monitoring / Analysis.
Risk Analysis / Risk Management.
Cash Flow Bar chart/ ‘S’ curve.
Prepare Weekly site report, Monthly site report, Manpower & Machinery Histogram,
Monthly site progress payment.
Analyzing the original status of the project and to find the CPM (critical path method) and
WBS (work break down structure).
Gathering the project remarks from the Project engineer and update the same to the site
project manager & General Manager.
Preparation of project Schedule, EOT in (Microsoft Office, Primavera 6.0).

I was involved in the team for the project of Architect office building renovation work as a Project /
Planning Engineer. Preparing program schedule for the project. Maintaining all the daily site progress,
gradual monitoring and allocating the project materials, logistics routes and assigning the resources by using
MSP software and MS Office software.
Responsibilities:
Leadership role to manage and oversee cost planning and estimating activities to contribute to the
development of plans and achieve business objectives and goals.
