Manager role was to assist with developing the business and coordinating shut down operations.

Mammoet provides solutions for lifting, transporting, installing and decommissioning large and heavy
structures. I led and managed a project team of 60 in the supply, transport and lifting of all heavy process
assets for Chevron. Responsibilities included long term forecasting, contract negotiation and variation,
compiling pre-mobilisation deliverables, sourcing and importing equipment and mobilising personnel to site.
Key Achievements:
✓ Completed planning and mobilisation phase for the project. Contract valued at $135, 000, 000.
✓ Planned and executed the first berthing of a vessel in Chevron’s newly constructed Wheatstone
Port. Overcame considerable unplanned requirements, proving resilient in changing circumstances.
Overcoming the hurdles allowed for successful transition from planning to execution phase of the
project. Successful completion of this task resulted in savings of $1, 300, 000.
Centurion is a logistics and transport company. My role as Heavy Lift Manager within the specialised logistics division included the following responsibilities and achievements.

Established a new heavy lift transport and crane division.
Managed lifting and transport of OoG Heat Exchanger and related heavy loads from NSW to WA.
Provided HSQE management plans, engineered transport and lifting drawings to obtain modular movement with NSW roads authority, detailed route surveys and coordinated interstate escorts.
Introduced crane loading and offloading of heavy loads to companies across WA.
ALE provides solutions for lifting, transporting, installing and decommissioning large and heavy structures.
