•Maintained Inventory by conducting regular physical accuracy, reconciling stocks records and updated data system to ensure high levels of stock integrity.
•Maintained Depots and Factory Warehouse to achieve high service levels and ensure an efficient flow of stock supplies.
•Ensured timely and successful delivery of solutions according to company needs and objectives.
•In Liaison with Logistics department, presented capacity solutions to effectively support the company’s go-to-market strategy as well as transport plans and route scheduling.
•Identified operational areas of inefficiency and spearheaded the process of restructuring Trucks turn Around Time to enhance efficiency, reducing truck turnaround time from 3hrs to 50mins.
