RESPONSIBILITIES
 Processing invoices using Sage Pastel Evolution and paying suppliers, analyzing petty cash vouchers for reimbursement.
 Assisting in Bank Reconciliation.
 Responding to inquiries and checking accounting transactions to locate and resolve variances.
 Recording, classifying and summarizing accounting transactions.
 Compiling various documents, verifying their accuracy and ensuring proper
authorization of payments in accordance with established procedures.
 Maintaining records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage and compilation.
 Producing Daily and Monthly Sales Report analysis.
 Producing Monthly Menu Item Sales (steers and debonairs).
 Import/Export of goods in liaison with the production manager.
 Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and carrying out any other duties which may be assigned to from time to time.
