smartcards, laptop/desktop with Windows 7/10
Setting up devices for conference meeting/online interviews/trainings
Created and modified Active Directory user accounts to hold various properties related
to each group and department
Installed and setup old OS as per software needs using VirtualBox
Upgrade of PC/laptop components to improve performance
Performing additional duties as required
Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues in real-time to minimize operational
down time
Configured and maintained network, back-up, printer and file services on Windows 7
and 10
Researched software/hardware products and made recommendations for upgrades
Maintained a daily log of system performance and noted issues
Kept records of all repairs and upgrades
