• Responsible for drafting necessary documentation for University accreditation, licensure and program level accreditation, under the guidance of the Director.
• Responsible for the design, administration, analysis and reporting of all University surveys.
• Responsible for providing support in organizing training sessions for academic and operational leaders and their teams to develop key ways for developmental programs.

• Providing administrative support in designing and developing protocols, procedures, toolkits and instruments for planning and performance.
• Providing administrative support to the Director to monitor the achievement of key ways milestones in all units, departments, and offices.
• Providing assistance to the Director in preparing monthly operational review reports, monitoring performance improvement plans across the University and prepare annual improvement reports for the department.
