Obtaining Client Requirements, Preparing relevant Job descriptions and Job plans.
• Sourcing of right candidate as per requirement from Job portals, database, walk ins
• Pre-screening of the resumes and conducting primary interview with candidates and
shortlisting them.
• Maintaining records and updating of Recruitment Status on daily basis.
• Co-ordination with Clients during Interviews.
• Leading the recruitment team and briefing them about the requirement and
assisting them in shortlisting the right candidates.
• Handling recruitment team having strength of 4-5 members working together to
complete all new assignments.
• Conducted weekly recruitment meetings with Hiring Manager, Processing Manager,
Business Development Manager and Executives to develop strategic plans andgoals

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary
sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an
order.
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
• Familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and
procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks
