Manage day-to-day security operations, planning and oversight for multiple sites, including up to three Security Operations Centers and physical security sites (military/civilian residential and office compounds) supporting 300+ U.S. Department of Defense employees. Manage, coach, train and oversee a multinational team of up to 27, including supervisors, arms room supervisor and security officers. Provide administrative oversight to 40+ interpreters and other support staff (onboarding, payroll, reporting). Strategic oversight for entry control points (employees, visitors, vendors), physical & access security, risk management, reporting, compliance, security training, emergency management planning, policy development, travel monitoring and executive protection for senior corporate, military and foreign government personnel. Manage security data and metric analyses to build risk management and contingency plans.

• Developed and implemented numerous processes, standards and operational efficiencies to improve security operations, budget efficiency, client satisfaction and safety for personnel, visitors and security teams.
 Developed and implemented comprehensive active shooter plan; partnered with security teams at other compounds and installations to plan and coordinate joint active shooter and shelter in place exercises.
 Rewrote Performance Work Statement (PWS) building a comprehensive list of security team functions, duties and standards, including reporting standards and timelines. Expanded PWS from two pages to 12 improving contract negotiations and overall staff accountability.
 Rewrote job descriptions, including performance standards, experience and certification requirements.
 Redeveloped and streamlined emergency action checklists.

• Developed standardized processes and procedures for overtime reporting and expense management.
 Reduced overtime by more than 75% for interpreters and significantly reduced expenses.

• Planned and managed transition to all electronic reporting, eliminating paper-based system. Conducted staff training and provided technical support to supervisors and security teams.

• Manage special projects and initiatives directed by US DoD: served in project manager role for sourcing and selection of new IT solutions, as well as overseeing construction projects.

• Serve as an advisor to senior government and security leaders in developing security and safety best practices, SOPs, operations manuals, training courses, response plans, disaster recovery plans, active shooter plans, communication processes, reporting, threat management, emergency center operations, evacuation procedures, etc.
