To establish a full functional Workshop for medium and heavy Isuzu Trucks. Recruiting, employment and training in all sections of the business unit and starting-up of the business and ensure the full functioning thereof. Consulting with large fleet owners on truck maintenance and preventive maintenance, failure analysis and preventive action planning and fleet replacement programs to ensure maximum customer service and efficiency. Most fleet owners operating fleets in excess of 500 trucks - road construction (tipper trucks) long distance and concrete trucks. Responsible for the effective management of the isuzu medium and heavy trucks Workshop including customer consultation to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Regular visits to the Isuzu Factory and Truck Plant and Testing Track at Sapporo, Hokkaido Northern Island of Japan to consult with Isuzu Engineers to make the trucks more suitable for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia environment. Regular visits to Auto Kraz Plant in Kremenchug, Ukraine to consult with the Truck Factory on the up-liftment of Kraz Trucks to make it suitable for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia environment.
.Close Liaison with and support to Sales Department. Consulting with Fleet Owners on preventive maintenance, failure analysis and preventive action. Drafting and introducing maintenance programs (Service Contracts) to major MAN Fleet Owners. Product Support and general assistance on repairs and maintenance matters. Worn parts analysis and administration of the MAN Warranty System (Bison). Responsible for the effective management of the MAN Workshop. Regular visits to the MAN Manufacturing Plant in Steyr, Austria on product training for product training and consultation.

Consulted on the Development and Implementation of a workshop and various technical operations strategies for the Province of Independencia in Paraguay for Mercedes Benz and Volvo.
Headhunted by the Government to manage the maintenance of the Parastatal Fleet of Public Transport (Tata and Iveco) which was in total neglect and in general unroadworthy which resulted in regular fatal accidents.Training of a Counter-part for the Technical Manager position to manage the workshop upon expiry of my contract with the Government.Involved with the specifications for a replacement fleet.
