I was the only HR manager in the hotel and at the same time I was the main supervisor of all the workers
inside the Resort Cala Di Falco in Sardinia.
• I had to select and hire the main candidates.
• I had to supervise the workers while they took part in all the on line formation courses they legally had
to complete in order to be able to do their jobs inside of the Hotel.
• Generate their own salary at the end of each month based on the number of the hours and days they
worked in the hotel.
• Supervising the quality of their job every single day.
• Creating the annual budget with the general manager on excel
• Creating the annual report at the end of the season
• Make new contracts for the new employees based on the specific job they applied for.
• End their contract, suspend them or fire them if necessary or in case one or more workers didn't
respect the main rules and policy of the Resort.
• Extend their contracts if required.
• Giving the employees the possibility to take days off and supervising their general health under all the
circumstances especially in case of illness, accidents or bad injuries that took place during their
working hours
As a Junior HR Generalist I've worked all together with a Senior HR Specialist with over 30 years of
experience in the aviation field.
The Dream Line Aviation Airlines was based in London.
My main job was to:
• Supervise the work of the crew members of the company including the pilots, flight assitants and all
the other people that work in the office for the dream line aviation airlines.
• Supervise the quality of their jobs before and after take off.
• Generate their monthly salary of each employee of the company (both pilots, flight assistants but also
all the ground staff).
• Scheduling their working ours, their day shifts and night shifts including the days off and the days they
had to fly. Organizing the maximum number of working hours and working days of the crew
members according to the british laws.

• Assisting the Senior HR to write the annual budget of the company while at the same time making a list
of all the different kind of goals the company had to reach by the end of the year.
