Construction of independent Villas, apartments and their Infrastructure development.
Responsible for the overall planning for the project including design and architecture, tendering, contracting and overall project administration, supervision of construction and commissioning, etc. Also be responsible for project monitoring, quality assurance and safety
Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ADWEA sub stations. Responsible for overall site management from site establishment to commissioning, control of subcontractors of various disciplines, programme preparation and progress monitoring and achievement, progress invoice preparation and claim records. Control civil and structural design. Liaison with client, progress meetings and reports. Coordination with various departments like marketing, design (electrical, civil, structural, air conditioning), procurement, and daily interactions with customers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and Govt. authorities. Quality of works, Health and Safety.
Construction of Villas in Palm Jumeriah in Fronds A, B, C, D, E, F, M, O, P and Shoreline Appartments. \n Overall Management of projects and reporting to MD, Coordinate with consultant and client, Attending regular meeting with consultant for technical discussion, work progress and variations, Sub contracting MEP and other specialized works, Obtaining NOC from different departments, Maintaining quality of work as per specifications, Preparation of Installation of method statement, Scheduling of works to complete on time, Material Procurement, Logistics Management, Technical directions to MEP, Check and carry out necessary safety arrangements
Construction and maintenance of villas in UAE.Overall supervision of projects with respect to approved Drawings & Specification, attending regular meeting with consultants for technical discussion, work progress and changes, attend inspections required by Dubai Municipality., labour management. Scheduling of works to complete on time, maintaining quality of work as per specification, material procurement, co-ordinate with sub-contractors, planning day-to-day activities based on bar charts, check and carry out necessary safety arrangements.
