Installation and troubleshooting of Access Control and CCTV System  Responsible for providing internal communicate with controlling room to ensure that all camera is working properly & external communication with relevant agencies on CCTV matters.  Reports the results of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance processes to the project manager.  Escalating to site manager any unsolved problems related to CCTV systems.  Perform routine CCTV maintenance services according to preventive maintenance master plan.  Train CCTV operators on its functions and provide manuals and procedures when needed  Pro-actively monitor the performance, quality, and reliability of the services  Ensure there is appropriate 24/7 emergency response to CCTV failures  Be on-call for emergency off hours work

involved in the production of security plans, blueprint and drawings
developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and
accomplish work.

• Performs Structured Cabling design and installation.
• Performs installation of CCTV System.
• Performs installation of Data and Voice for communication.
• Development of engineering documents related to assign work.
• Lead direct field personnel (foreman, technician and labors) in works such as site survey, indoor and outdoor installations, test and commissioning, and after sales support
• Generate and submit to engineering group and red line drawings that shall be used as reference in developing as built drawings.
• Report to his immediate superior and seek approval of any change or deviation in the installation drawings prior to actual execution of work.
• Accomplish and submit to his immediate superior the required site reports such as but not limited to Daily Tool Box meeting (TBM) and activity report, weekly accomplished report including two-week look ahead activities, TBM should identify potential hazard and counter measure to prevent occurrence.
• Ensure that safety policy and procedures are implemented onsite.
• Ensure quality objectives are implemented and submit to his immediate superior the accomplished project INSPECTION AND Test Plan (ITP)
• Ensure that assigned works are implemented in a timely manner. Alternative or corrective action should be reported to his immediate superior for any forecast slippage affecting the project milestone.
• Asses and provide technical solution to address client’s requirement.
• Generate system design, schematic diagram, racks layouts, Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering estimates based on client’s request and provide plans. Conduct site visit in order to have the actual assessment and proper sizing of the required equipment and materials.
• Coordinate closely with the sales representatives for the details of the requirements alongside with the vendors to provide complete proposal and competitive solution.
• Performs indoor acoustic study using EASE software.

Provides assistance to supervisor in handling projects for its timely completion and proper cost control.
•Handles projects under sub-contractors or handle directly small projects.
•Prepares work schedules and take charge on matters concerning material requisitions, delivery schedules and project tools and equipment compliment.
•Supervised and coordinated timely delivery of equipment.
•Coordinates with the owner’s representative of any problems at the jobsite in connection with the installation work until the completion of the project.
•Prepares weekly reports on the projects being handled.
•Monitors if the job is constructed according to the project plans.
•Performs other installation-related tasks that may be assigned by superior.
•Handled troubleshooting and all elevator problems and conduct preventive maintenance.
•Supervised electrical and mechanical work for the elevators.
