Responsibilities:
1- Assess, gather and analyze individual, departmental and organizational training needs on annual basis and as required.
2- Design the annual training plan for employees by:
a- Estimating the training needs after reviewing the KPIs
to determine the level of incapability and performance constraints.
b- Defining and determining the training needs and the targeted category to be trained depending on the training target determined by The Board of Directors.
c- Preparing the training proposal which contains data about the targeted category and the training content.
d- Dividing training courses into internal and outdoor courses depending on the nature of each course.
e- Preparing an estimated cost sheet for the training courses.
f- Determine the names of trainers proposed.
g- Finally preparing the training calendar for the year.
3- After finishing the training plan start to organize and coordinate courses.
4- Review the training materials with trainers and supervising the print of the scientific articles.
5- Supervising the courses and tests and then calculate results to prepare certificates of the trainees.
6- Teaching principals of accounting, management to new employees. Also teaching company's HR principals as part of the training courses.
7- Calculate the financial rewards for the trainees whom have passed the courses and also for the trainers.
8- Record the results on the paper records and send a copy to the managerial affairs and to the trainees working sectors to determine the retraining needs and for the promotion and demotion of the employees.
9- Preparing training programs for senior management provided by third party, including that arrangements with the implementing agency of the training program, also making hotel reservations for the trainers, the daily supervision on training sessions and finally preparing for the delivery of certifications ceremony attended by Chairman of The Board of Directors and his Deputies.
My Contributions within The Sector:
1- Converting the monthly training achievements reports from word manual reports into excel sheets.
2- Converting the training cost reports from manual into excel sheet.
a- Holding books for stores accounts and pricing using the weighted average method.
b- Posting to the ledger assistant and conformity with incoming and outgoing accounts and transfers.
c- Do inventory quarterly and annually and conformity with incoming and outgoing accounts and transfers to do conformity with the general ledger.
d- Preparing tableau of each store after inventory and conformity to clear the balances which will be posted to the next period.
a- Preparing cash flow statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
b- Preparing statements of the quantities of energy sold and bought during the period (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
c- Contribute to the annual cash budget preparation of the company.
a- Do accounts for outdoor maintenance.
b- Determine the cost of spare parts needed for indoor maintenance.
