• Responsible for the entire delivery function of recruitment solutions, carried out recruitment and placement activities for clients in gulf region predominantly in UAE.
• Drawn specific search plans to execute searches against client priority requirements and closing deals by negotiating with clients and candidates by maintaining consistent rapport.
• Responsible for all recruitment activity from finding the right match of vacancy to offer generation both in cases of recruitment and placement. Conducting initial screening interviews to filter out candidates to be forwarded to end client on the basis of skill set and soft-skills mentioned by the client.
• Accountable for delivering research reports on high-tech resources for recruitment procedures; notifying upcoming job-boards with their distinctive niches, exploring contact details of recruiters to enhance market reach.
• Revised Recruitment Policy & Framework to expedite hiring process in a fast pace market place; working on a feasibility report to start up an offshore office to optimize onshore-offshore resources and reduce costs.
• Delegating tasks to my team members and assuring timely delivery of quality profiles to clients, I make sure my team remains motivated to perform effectively.
• Finalized deals with Gulf-talent, Bayt and Monster gulf to access their candidates databases and job advert services.
• Focusing on Cross-border hiring issues, handling the relocation queries, language constraints and informing selected candidates regarding the social norms and variations among different countries.
• Conducting passive searches through social networking websites to enhance pool of candidates.

• Made searches on Job-boards, Social Networking websites & Internal Databases to extract relevant candidates by matching desired skills & experiences. Sourced candidates through searches, job postings on the Internet, employee referrals, candidate referrals, In-house databases and Personal Network.
• Scrutinized applicant profiles for relevant experience, skills, geographical constraints and salary requirements. Contacted candidates to carry out telephone conversations to run them through the vacancy details and got information regarding their interests, strengths, skills and requirements.

• Handled project by MRI Euro Search and Selection for American International Group (AIG); I have sourced and placed candidates for their vacancies in more than 15 countries.
• Completed a detailed exercise of accessing CVs of SAP professionals in Switzerland available on internet (this has been referred as a market mapping exercise where we gathered information of FI-CO consultant from companies offering SAP based solutions in Switzerland).
• Introduced passive searching technique of finding out candidates for niche skills through internet resources and contacting them through emails.
• Advertising job vacancies on job boards and handling Job-Advert responses to maintain a database of potential candidates for any future requirements.
• Visited university job fairs in pursue of creating awareness and motivating students to join recruitment industry, conducted on-spot interviews and shortlisted candidates for final interviews with the CEO. Participated in designing backdrops, standees and brochures as part of employer branding campaign.
• Assisted in training of new hires to understand power of social networking websites for connecting with industry professionals and job-seekers.
