•Assist in identifying graduated trainees of work based learning opportunities.
•Council graduated trainees on career path choices and assist them in preparing for apprenticeship.
•Assist, developing, explaining and implementing apprenticeship agreement that emphasize both apprentice and enterprises.
•Ensure implementing measures that contribute to conductive learning environment or the apprentices to gain practical skills.
