Routinely inspect our drilling and production equipment to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently. Provide needed maintenance to our equipment on a frequent basis. Ensure that our operation remains in compliance with safety laws and regulations.
Performing inspections such as visual, dimensional and Inspection of the parts requires in Assembly and test area
Verifies completeness of all operations and records by using technical drawings, specifications, and procedures
Completes and maintains inspection records, inspection logs, calibration.
Initiates non-conformance reports on all products, parts, assemblies and subassemblies that are not to requirements.
Works with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems (SAP, BHOS, etc)
Handled various chemicals and expertised in scheduling unit operations. Evaluated current production processes and made forward- thinking adjustments to improve output. Monitor all instruments valves, gauges etc to ensure smooth functioning. Agitated Nutsche filter (ANF), Reactor (MSGL & SS), Rotary vaccum dryer. Handled documentation of all types of equipments like functioning columns, heat
exchangers, condensers, coolers. Enganged in various legal chemicals and expertised in unit operational strategy.
Analysis of different FEED operations based on technical design and metrics.
Safety and hazards based on injection moulding strategy by corresponding operations.
Scheduling the programming moulding operations and troubleshooting of hardware programming. Auditing the product development and product management by continuous improvement in moulding specifications.
Auditing whether the assurance of quality and quantity is attained for the customer satisfaction.
We established techniques and conducted tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using RT, PT, UT, RTFI, MPT
Conducted Magnetic particle testing along with Radiographic filming process to interpret the results and generate reports on findings
