alfanar is primarily engaged in manufacturing electrical construction products, EPC solutions and major construction activities for conventional and renewable power plants, allied engineering services and design engineering. It has built up an international presence throughout much of the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
Accomplishments:
 Responsible for IT framework, strategy Alignment, tools, standards, Road Map Management, demand and capacity management.
 Head-hunted by alfanar to manage huge landscape\workloads to be migrated and transformed onto the cloud.
 Instrumental in re-furbishing the alfanar IT procurement department from scratch, within 3 months period, implementing world-class procurement systems by clubbing all contracts in a single management point.
 Key contributor in transforming business activities whilst managing technically advanced cost-efficient, state-of-the-art systems & processes.
 Successfully modernized IT capabilities and enabled alfanar to reach new and greater heights of business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
 Managing large, complex IT environments, employing best-in-class standards through the development and implementation of strategies, innovative technical designs and quality projects.
 Commanding robust process improvement projects and establishing IT Policies and Procedures for alfanar group focusing on the procurement and service delivery perspectives.
 Key IT Strategist, contributing in streamlining IT vision, mission & goals based on business demands. Facilitating transformation/ delivering innovative concepts with a firm commitment to innovation, high-performance standards & ROI, SLAs Management KPIs Management, OKR Management.
-Commanding robust process improvement projects:
-Building alfanar IT Contract Management Master Tracker, CMMT to manage all alfanar GIT services and developing alfanar IT License Management Master Tracker, LMMT covering all alfanar technical, design and industrial licenses inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
- migrating current systems on primases DCs to Azure cloud platforms hosting SAP & NON-SAP systems.
 Partnering with IT Owners and Operation Managers to deliver huge and complex transformation projects in alfanar IT.
 Charged with resolving the maintenance costs and to mitigate operational risks. Leveraging best practices in the technology landscape whilst suggesting the following solutions SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP C4C, SAP IBP, SAP Success Factors to alfanar business.
