* Assess training needs for new and existing clients
* Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs as per
municipality and personal requirement of the clients
* Prepare all the training materials such as handbook, presentation and refreshments for the
trainees
* Track and report on training outcomes
* Provide feedback to rogram participants and management
* Handle the logistics for the training activities including venues and equipment
* Estabish and maintain relationships with the external training supplier
* Manage training budget
* Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
