Job Profile:
• Responsible to oversee the overall daily administration of the Clinic and coordinate for seamless functioning.
• Liaison with Consultants on various administrative support needed and resource allocation.
• Ensure facility upkeep, Department functioning to meets the service standards.
• Provide forum to address and resolve patient concerns & extend support for requisitions.
• Ensuring high level of patient satisfaction index.
• Develop and present training programme for staffs; develop training protocols, documentation requirements regarding the functions of Clinic.
• Responsible for the overall purchase activities including Procurement, negotiation with the vendors, AMC Contracts etc.
