Responsibilities: -As a shift supervisor, my responsibilities included. Cater to the demands of assembly department. Keep a vigil on the precision parameter as per the requirements of the consumers. Ensure that the production targets were met. Work in shifts.
Responsibilities:-As a service engineer, my responsibility included servicing and maintenance of Diesel Generators used as standby power supplies for telecommunication and all other small and big concerns. Serviced Greaves Cotton D.G. sets.
Responsibilities:-As a trainee Engineer in the purchase department, I was responsible for floating quotations, gathering enquiries, preparing comparative statements and giving out orders with due consent of the head of the Department. I also had to follow-up to check the progress at the vendors’ end.
The Major Subjects on which I have done the Bachelors in Education are English and Mathematics. Being a student of Engineering I had the background of Mathematics so I did it in the my education degree.
The course is a three year correspondence course. The assignments have to be done by the the student after reading the books sent by the university. After doing the assignments they have to be sent to the university for marking. After that when a pass mark is got in the assignments then we are eligible to sit for the final exam. Novel, Short Story, Poetry were the Content of English Major Apart from Language skills, Grammar and Phonetics. Some optional subjects were there:-like Export Import, Office Management, Secretarial Practice.
The average marks is 56%
