1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives within the region. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 2. Business Development: Lead business development eforts to acquire new clients, projects, and partnerships. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and government agencies. Identify potential real estate opportunities and negotiate favorable terms for acquisitions.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high performing team of sales, marketing, and operational staf. 4. Financial Management: Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and cost controls. Monitor financial performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and ROI. Implement efective pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques to maximize profitability. 5. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations PAN India, including property management, leasing, and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational eficiency. 6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and loyalty. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to assess the efectiveness of strategies and initiatives. 8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within the region and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards related to real estate operations.
