• Understanding the characteristics of the book pertaining to its competition, target consumer, regional aspects, identify trends, success factors, risks, outlook, etc.

 Reviewing and understanding the company’s products, its competitive position, market share, strengths & weaknesses, its strategy, key concerns, and carefully evaluating sustainability of the product/book.

 Pricing analysis: Analyzing the prices incurred in product launch, trailing down to all responsible factors.
 Interfacing with various authors to ascertain the authorship of the books.
 Project co-ordination for new global product launch, business development, and findings from thematic projects.
 Post-publishing market analysis and customer’s grievance handling.
