for BurgerFuel, mandate being to plan out a profitable growth strategy for the brand, sick store treatment. While work was on, I was handed over a truck food concept, Rola Wala, to be developed and to manage Nar Café. In all there are 8 BurgerFuel, two Rola Wala and 3 Nar café locations in UAE. Focus has been on delivery and Kitopi (Cloud Kitchens) was brought into motion. We have BurgerFuel in 5 Kitopi locations. Presently with the above responsibilities working of the first Nar licensed store to be opened by end of 2020. Besides this work is on for Lavazza Blue and Leon Restaurant which are slated to open in 2021.

Lead an OPS team of 9 OPS Manager, 21 Area Managers.
