for BurgerFuel, mandate being to plan out a profitable growth strategy for the brand, sick store treatment. While work was on, I was handed over a truck food concept, Rola Wala, to be developed and to manage Nar Café. In all there are 8 BurgerFuel, two Rola Wala and 3 Nar café locations in UAE. Focus has been on delivery and Kitopi (Cloud Kitchens) was brought into motion. We have BurgerFuel in 5 Kitopi locations. Presently with the above responsibilities working of the first Nar licensed store to be opened by end of 2020. Besides this work is on for Lavazza Blue and Leon Restaurant which are slated to open in 2021.

Joined HB Brands as Brand Manager for Canton in August 2016, the flagship brand of the company. Moved up twice since joining to became Director of Operation. Mandate was to consolidate all the restaurant brands with regards to ops procedures, top line sale, profitability, besides managing new brands. HB had 9 brands; Canton, Tako Hut, Roma Way, Shawirmarito, Coffee Aroma, Sizzler House, Crepe Escape (Riyadh), Cinnabon (sub franchised), WING°STOP. Managed 317 locations in KSA. Lead an OPS team of 9 OPS Manager, 21 Area Managers.
Key Executions: -
1. Opened 127 new locations with HB
2. Brought WING•STOP in KSA in the year 2017
3. OPS Re-structing, converting support functions from cost center to profit center
4. Introduced weekly OPS Report, web-based store visitation report for all Operations Managers & Area Managers to report in their performance on KPIs; people, sale, profit & expansion in HB Brands; year 2017
5. Introduced daily OPS P&L. Monthly P&L on ERP (DNAV)
6. Developed New Restaurant Opening process post site identification
SFC Plus, a home grown QSR concept by SFC Group. Mandate was to relaunch the brand with contemporary look & feel and make it relevant to customer. Manage Call Centre.

Managed all locations in UAE with regards to sale, profit & people development
Opened 11 locations in first 18 month of joining
Introduced new on the training system with follow up mechanism to create internal human capital and pave way for upward movement within the organization
Executed the new look and feel for the brand in terms of décor, signage

Worked out a major menu rationalization activity with pricing, number of items being sold being chief targets; result same prices all across, better COGs, less products to sell and friendlier operations

Was made responsible for the bringing the brand in India and its expansion to 8 locations. My first and only non-food brand. Pressto is a retail Dry Cleaning Venture with close to 200 locations in big cities of India.

•Initiated the introduction of Breakfast Menu for India Market
•Implementing Assembly Line preparation method in India, opened the first MFY store & worked on the conversion of all Grill Direct Stores to MFY.
