Responsibilities:
•Accountable to lead the team for Oracle BRM migration, further on its Application Support & Maintenance Project for an International Telecom client.
•Managing all functions of the Project Life Cycle from scoping, release planning, estimation, using LEAN methodology, along with coordination with consultants.
•Working on various projects coming under the TMD group Finance, as a part of the Oracle BRM Billing Service Line team.
•Responsible for issue & requirement analysis, solution design, review of project documents like SRS, SD and Delivery documents.
•Engaged further in planning & execution of ST and Release regression testing for the project, while providing Production support.
•Coordinating regularly with the client Project Manager, SPOC, on-site project manager for the projects and the assignments.
•Interacting with Capgemini Quality team for the project audit as project PQL.
•Performing routine team administration tasks as well as team development initiatives

Reported to the Manager and led 6 resources on deputation to Portal Information India Inc (now Oracle), Bangalore for engineering team of development and support projects of flexible billing and subscriber management solution (Infranet). Lead the solution design for requirements from major service providers as Vodafone Group requirement, VF APAC, Japan, NZ, Greece, UK Telecom sector clients. Responsible for/of Requirement/SRS creation/review, solution architect & Design while individually contribute in development of critical modules - Billing, Subscription management, Payment, AR, GL, Invoicing etc
