•Contributes & ensures the going on activities meet the technical specified as per detail design & company standards, ensure reliability & availability of the materials.
TECHNICAL & COMMISSIONING SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Inspect receipt materials for C&I at site & match as per proper place of order as per project specification.
•Hands on experienced on latest devices like HART Communicator (375, 475), DC sources, Flow Simulators (GS 8A), Milliamp sources, Temperature Bath, Dead Weight Tester, Yokogawa CA-71 handy calibrator, Multifunction meter, process calibrator etc.
•Basic knowledge on programming and logic modification on Allen Bradley, Delta V, GE Alspa.
•Hands on experienced on analytical instruments like PH meter, Conductivity, SOx, NOx, COx, opacity meter, Dew point sensor, Density meters etc.
•Routine checkup of the tools tackles and test equipment is adequate to perform service required and due calibrated at the times specified.
•Preparation engineering Drawings & documents like Instrument Index, Data sheet, I/O list, Instrument cable schedule, Alarm & trip settings, Instrument location plan & Layouts.
•Knowledge on Instruments selection, sizing & design calculation of Orifice, Thermo well & Control valves.
•Hands on experienced in troubleshooting & on-site calibration of field instruments of various make like Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, KrohneMarshall, ABB, Vega etc.
•Evaluate and interpret manuals, layouts, specifications along with other technical data.
•Proficient to read and interpret drawings like P&ID’s, Layouts, Hook-ups, Isometric, Wiring drawings, Vendor documentations, Material specifications.
•Good knowledge on DCS to TCS interface & signal exchange.
VENDOR INSPECTION CO-ORDINATION, TPIA CO-ORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for Vendor co-ordination, TPIA co-ordination, vendor inspection & expediting.
•Reviewing of Inspection reports, IRCs, MTCs & other test reports related to the inspection.
•Co-coordinating with vendor for punch point closing.
•Responsible for provide Final Release Note for further dispatch of the materials.
•Attending PIM, KOM, FAT, I-FAT at manufacturer location.
•Review, comments &provide approval for QAP/ITP, VDDR, MRB, FAT, SAT, Installation & Commissioning procedures for the below EIT items & Packages:
