i worked as a assistant trainer for the cheerleading squad of La Consolacion College Manila. As a team we are working with the diiferent workouts of the squad to maintain their strength and endurance, and as a assistant trainer i am also being consulted by the head coach in terms of their dancing because i am also a dancer on my college days. We yearly prepare for different competitions for the team. I have also a background in gymnastics training because as a trainer some of the drills should be done personally to show and to teach them the basics and going to the next level. Body strengthening and also not also their body but also individually is a part of our training, building oneselves trust in doing things
