Summary of Position:
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of responsible and difficult clerical and secretarial duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the assigned department, division or program area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of assigned management and supervisory staff.
 Maintain calendar of activities, meetings and various events for assigned staff/Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, records and logos for assigned areas.
 Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, typewriter, switchboard, copier, facsimile machine and utilize various computer application and software packages.
 Preparing Quotations for Dental and Engineering Departments
 Preparing Sales Report for all Departments
 Booking of airline tickets, hotel and processing visa documents
 Sending all order requirements to main office in UAE, follow up shipments.
 Monitoring of LPOs
 May take and prepare meeting minutes as necessary.
 Perform related duties required by the Management.
 Installing programs used in Dental equipment such as Panoramic X-ray, Multimedia for Dental chair.
 Assist user on how to use software.
 Make presentation and demo for Clinic software.
 Document controller for Engineering Department.
