Presently located at Gandhi agar, Gujarat as Project Manager & Head of Mechanical Engineering working as Project Management Consultant of GWSSB, GWIL, GUDM looking after DPR, DTP preparation, Bid evaluation, basic & detail engineering of various types of Water Treatment Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plant, intake pumping system, Water distribution System, design & optimization of Pumping system for Raw & Clear Water, drainage & STP, economic piping system design, basic and detail engineering, project management, guide, motivate team mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation engineers of Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Gujarat Water Infrastructure Limited, PHED-JAIPUR etc.
Generation of quality and standard specifications, datasheets for all equipment's, system description, standardize all documents.
As a Project Manager myself completed TAPI Bulk Pipeline with intake PS with Water Treatment Plant, KAKRAPAUR RWSS + WTP, VARTAK, MAJUM, IDAR VADALI, D NETWORK, SABARKANTA WSS + WTP, UPLETA WSS, NAND INTAKE retrofitting, Standardizations of General Arrangement Drawing of Pump house, centrifugal/non clog sewerage pumps, valves, MS/HDPE/DI/PVC Pipes, sluice gates.
Achieve 100% target and Standardizations of General Arrangement Drawing of Pump house, centrifugal/non clog sewerage pumps, valves, MS/HDPE/DI/PVC Pipes, sluice gates.
Achieve 100% target and Successfully streamlined mechanical department with zero delay of deliverables. Timely & effectively arrange inspection of pipes, pumpsets, valves, other mechanical items.
Achieve 100% target in deliverables and Introduce suction specific speed, parallel operation curve super on system resistance curve, Bypass arrangement at common header, with pressure release valve to save header from high pressure, surge analysis with zero velocity valveselection and optimization of pumping machinery with respect to life cycle cost analysis, standardization of VDR for mechanical equipments like valves, pumpsets vertical turbine/horizontal centrifugal /submersible etc.
• Successfully Completed Hadala Pumping System 115 MLD capacity.
• Successfully completed D Network cross country pipeline 456 km(MS+DI).
• Successfully completed Nand Intake & Water Treatment Plant.
• Successfully designed, commissioned more than hundred pumping stations and (30) thirty water treatment plants.
