How have I made a difference at KPMG?
- I collaborated with IT to introduce a new learning management system, K-Learn. This increased feedback to a rate of 100% from participants, provided learning hours & timesheet codes immediately after the session for employees and provides more transparency between the business and L&D.
-I’ve improved upon the processes for induction. It has been managed through a timely and efficient coordination.
- I’ve improved the L&D website by familiarising myself with Sharepoint and collaborating with Markets team to have a one stop solution to all the FAQs that we encounter. It is also a means through which information about different learnings across bysiness lines have been made accessible to staff.
-I’ve collaborated with Trainers, IT and the HoD, to increase attendance in non-mandatory sessions and improve upon the pain points faced by a trainer.
-I’ve collaborated with IT and created a student tracker and reporting portal for students throughout KPMG. This helps the business in mid- year and annual performance reviews. This process also supports KPMG in achieving it’s deliverables through being a clear choice among clients.
