- Managing projects exceeding $400, 000 in value
- Managing projects in accordance with RACI, PMP and PESTLE
principles
- Project management design and implementation: Diary
management, budget management, resource planning,
stakeholder management
- Supplier management
- Involve in all areas of HR including, but not limited to
recruiting, employee relations, IDP’s (Individual Development
Plan) and HR standards.
- Assist in posting, sourcing, reference checking, immigration
and new hire process. Schedule interviews and update
requisition lists.
- Interacts with all level of employees and executive
management frequently, both verbally and written
communication.
- Psychometric assessment administration and support
- Psychometric assessment knowledge, theory and practice
sharing
- Train and support end-users on psychometric principles, data
protection and output
- Candidate Assessment and Development centre management
(Brief, Schedule, Coordination, design)
- Human Resource Talent analytics design (e.g. candidate
ranking, 9-box modelling, high potential identification)
- Online psychometric platform administration, management
and technical support
- Candidate recruitment and development report design and
writing
- Psychometric assessment training design and delivery
- In house assessment technical support
- Managing candidate records, interviews, on boarding, report
writing and address queries.

standards of performance and productivity are achieved and
maintained.

Airways into the team.
- To provide exceptional hospitality in the sky and exceed
customers expectation.
- To abide and ensure Standard Operating procedures are
followed.
- To deal with flight safety and medical emergencies with utmost
knowledge and confidence.
- To take momentous decision keeping in mind customer safety
and comfort.
- To ensure immaculate service is procured to our customers
and implement service recovery where required.
- To handle customer grievances and implement service
recovery
