Reporting and Assisting to company's Director
Majorly handling the UK customer files.
Key Responsibilities are:
Customer inquiries processing, Costing, Execution, Follow -Up, Real time Monitoring and handling the after-sales claim and comments.
Daily basis meeting with different departments for the real time follow-up of the customer orders.
On the spot inspection of any disruption in the flow-process.
On the sport final skimmed checking of the customer product and detailed coordination with the quality assurance officer.
Inspection of the wastage reasons after the each shipment/order dispatched.
Thoroughly check the after shipment reconciliation report to analyze the wastage, cost and consumption of the raw material used.
Product development.
Samples handling of before sales, after sales and the standard customer's samples.
Cost/Service analysis of the courier services before sending the samples to the customers.
Handling the customer's warehouse stock errors.
