• Coordinate with HQ Project procurement team to ensure eficient movement of all PO materials and evaluate all materials before sending to site and appointed fabricators. Expedite materials if/when required. Evaluate all production schedules and determine all required PO materials and ensure availability of all materials
• Monitoring logistics transportation from local and overseas vendor as per purchase order and expediting schedule.
• Monitoring preparation of supporting documents for shipment customs clearances as per local regulation, and specifc importation permit.
• Ensure the importation of all material listed in the Material Master List that has been approved by the Authorization Agency (Directorate General of Electricity, BKPM or SKK Migas) is in accordance with the policies that apply to the import process both the procedures for importation, HS Code and calculation of estimated import duties and taxes its import.
• Responsible to select, review and negotiated with shipping agent, ship brokerage and customs clearance agent for arrangement importation of materials, and ensure the agent have to follow standard procedure of importation of construction materials.
