Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Involved in management of sales activities
• Support sales through prospect research, lead generation, appointment setting, and managing assigned prospect/clients
• Prepare proposals and special projects.
• Respond to external and internal queries
• Enhance customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and qualitative service delivery

Quality Control Officer

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ongoing inspection of all company technical processes including all lines of business along with the company's branches to assure adherence to services standards
• Ongoing inspections of gig| Arab orient insurance marketing products, and developing marketing campaigns and flyers
• Insuring that corporate assets are unified and meeting the standards
• Follow up the corporation general and administrative expenses.
• Close follow up on new hires progress through out there probation period in cooperation with HR department
• Supervising Accounting and Public Relations Departments' Daily transactions, including monitoring the daily collection, bounced cheques analysis, cancelled cheques inspection
• Preparing a consolidated report of all the unfinished or pending work throughout the company to the executive committee and internal audit department
• Monitoring tenders and guarantees recoveries
• Early warning system activities for major not renewed accounts
• Follow up Implementation of Business Plans for each department and calculate percentage of completion for each item
• Tracking the process of improvement and satisfaction of current employees through questionnaires and interviews

Risk Management & Compliance Officer

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing the financial reporting templates and the budgeting/ forecasting templates along with the assumptions reports for the Parent Company GULF Insurance Group Kuwait (GIG)
• Assist in preparing the Long Range Plan (5 years Plan) for AOIC, reported to GIG & KIPCO holding.
• Financial reporting that include: AOIC market share report, AOIC major indicators report, G&A Expenses Analysis report, weekly growth report, branches financial results, income statement for each line of business, board of directors report
• AOIC Compliance Officer, includes follow up regulatory parties letters and requirements, in addition to assuring that procedures within the departments comply with the insurance commission standards and instructions
• Reinsurance accounts management, including reconciliation of accounts and filling any questionnaires when required
• Shareholders equity transactions entry and reconciliation

*In addition to being a project manager for a databank project since Nov 2012 until Sep 2013.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Vendor's account management including reconciliation and cheques issuance
• Responsible of the petty cash of the company
• Daily Journals and invoices entries and posting
• Assets report and work under construction
• Preparing the Daily Sales report and the daily cash flow report
• Posting the POS sales Journals
• Checking the Salaries report
• Weekly Postdated cheques report.

Budgeting and Reporting Officer

• Preparing daily consolidated sales report & cash report.
