Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ongoing inspection of all company technical processes including all lines of business along with the company's branches to assure adherence to services standards
• Ongoing inspections of gig| Arab orient insurance marketing products, and developing marketing campaigns and flyers

• Follow up Implementation of Business Plans for each department and calculate percentage of completion for each item
• Tracking the process of improvement and satisfaction of current employees through questionnaires and interviews
