Volunteering as part of the planning and organizing team for the activities of the 'Enough' campaign with Oxfam organization, in collaboration with Liwan Youth Space, which focuses on combatting harassment in Jordan.
Participation in crafting a developmental plan for the 'Masaruna' project with Oxfam organization at the local and regional levels, along with engaging in discussions regarding sexual and reproductive health.
I learned how to use referral management templates and the Primero software, which is utilized within the organization by each case manager. In addition, I acquired knowledge about the stages of case management. I conducted interviews with beneficiaries and gained insights into delivering optimal services tailored to the institution's .capabilities
I provided psychosocial support to patients and wrote case studies for each recorded case in the hospital, inputting them into the hospital system. Additionally, I conducted interviews with patients to study their needs, aiming to deliver optimal services to them by the institution within its capabilities.
I participated in She Leads project with Jordan River Foundation and took a course on women's empowerment in society, in addition to a course on campaign coordination and action plan writing. We executed a campaign about verbal harassment in one of the schools, creating a mural that expressed the campaign's theme.
I wrote a qualitative research for my graduation project with the title "Work Pressure and Its Psychological and Social Impact on Social Workers Working in Social Institution and Organizations in Jordan" This research garnered an exemplary "A" grade as recognition for its quality. My participation extended to numerous enriching workshops held at the University of Jordan. My commitment to community engagement has been steadfast. Since 2022, I have been an active volunteer with Liwan Youth Space, contributing to their initiatives. In the same year, I dedicated five months to the Jordan River Foundation, engaging in their transformative "She Leads" initiative. In 2023, I joined forces with Oxfam Organization to devise a comprehensive two-year strategy for the "Masaruna" Project, spanning both regional and local tiers and focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Additionally, during this year, I assumed the role of a meticulous note-taker for the Save the Children Organization.Moreover, I received a certificate in TOT social life skills to be a trainer for other adolescents. Further enhancing my skill set, I successfully completed a Training of Trainers (TOT) program for life skills through collaboration between Liwan Youth Space and Action Aid Arab region, within their transformative "Ready for Tomorrow" project. Concurrently, I am actively involved in the "Enough Campaign" against harassment, offering my services to both Oxfam and Liwan Youth Space. My proficiencies encompass various domains, including adept communication, comprehensive utilization of Microsoft Teams Office, proficient presentation skills, adept research writing, meticulous data entry, insightful case study analysis, skilled utilization of Premiere Pro, seamless teamwork, intrinsic self-motivation, effective organizational prowess, strategic planning acumen, and adept report writing.
