JOB DESCRIPTION: DATES FROM - 1999 TO 2016 AND 2018 TO 2021(SAPREF- SHELL AND BP SOUTH AFRICA) SHIFT TEAM LEADER - 8 YEARS Managed a team of 15 operation staf consisting of DCS and field operators. Maintains and ensure safe and reliable operation of all plants mentioned above plant in terms meeting the companies KPI's and GRM, Safety and quality targets. Training and mentoring of staf trough a proper training plan. Planning and executing of jobs safely and eficiently. Creating and approving of risk assessments for all hazardous work performed on site. Verification, updating and creating of procedures and work instructions. Ensuring all safety procedure is followed by operations and maintenance. Ensure maintenance is created and executed and adjusted as required for operation purposes. Managing of all unit upsets in a safe manner and ensuring no people or process incidents. As a permit issuer I ensure All PTW compliance is followed by operations/maintenance and the contractor.
