Job Responsibilities:-
• Utility Management:- Maintenance and timely payment of all utilities (Intercom, Telephone, Internet, Data Cards, Mobile, Computers, AC etc.)
• Vender Management:- Short listing venders of various services, rate negotiation with them, affixing payment terms, bill payment process.
• Stationary Management:- Preparing monthly requirements, Purchase, Distribution, Record & stock maintenance. (Both Printed & Unprinted)
• Office Management:- Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Courier, Online UPS, DG set, CCTVs, Building Maintenance etc.
• General Purchasing: - Generating requirements, preparing indents, negotiation, making P.O.s, ensuring timely availability.
• HR:- Short listing of CVs, Interview scheduling, Attendance record of staff, ID cards, keeping tour & movement record, leave Record of staff etc.
• Others:- Take care of general requirement of deptts, Ticket booking and Cabs arrangement, First Aid and other Admin Activities.
Job Responsibilities:- Mainly responsible for entire office management including the following:
• Office Management Maintenance of Computers, Mailing System, Intercom & other Utilities, Maintenance of office records, take care of general requirement of all departments, Maintenance of Housekeeping & Pantry
• Liaison Correspondence with Government Bodies for various works like getting & renewal of licenses (DGS&D, DIC, UPSIDC, UPPCL, NSIC, ISO etc.)
• Front office: Handling Visitors, Dispatch & Receiving of Couriers, Handling Phone Calls (Through EPBAX), Handling E-mails.
• Stationary Management:- Preparing monthly requirement, Purchase, Distribution, Record & stock maintenance. (Both Printed & Unprinted)
• Others Preparing Daily Reports for top management, First-Aid, Record keeping, Cab booking & Other Admin Activities as required.
