• Responsibilities include building strategic alliances & business models within the ecosys-
tem, participation in pursuit process, creation of products & solutions for media domain,
developing scaling-up strategies, and oversight across projects executed within the practice
on project framework and architectural level.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth coding, implementation and launch on various platforms
iPhone, Android, Web, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, ROKU TV and OPERA TV.
• Designing Product and discussing with the vendors to ensure low cost and good quality de-
liverables.
• Working closely with business heads to provide advisory on technical feasibility of required
product features.
• Leading internal as well as partner/vendor technical and business team in discussion to get
the solution.
• Procuring Vendors for technical solution and management for timely deliveries.
• Evaluating and recommending technologies for determining the feasibility of
implementations by conducting a meeting with non-technical stakeholders.
• Conducting a meeting with technical partners to implement latest technical solutions and
improvisation.
• Managing the technology team across application development, operation, QA and mid-
dleware. This includes recruitment, assigning of work, performance review of the team.
• Currently heading a team of 18 people, which includes Sr. Project managers, Cloud manag-
er, Product managers and team of Engineers.
