Responsible for responding to any oil spill incident including the training, exercise and drills.
•Conduct risk analysis studies and identify appropriate measures to issues relating to oil spill preparedness, response and coordination monitor work permit system.
•Responsible for check work in progress and work permits to insure proper fillig up and closing of permits, when required.
•Control and implement KIPIC HSE procedures & guidelines and other regulations.
•Responsible for carry out safety inspections to identify unsafe condition or act.
•Responsible for conduct training and HSE Toolbox talk, First aid, use of PPE’s and SCBA.
•Responsible for other oil spill response activities (Equipment operation and Maintenance, recovery, containment, dispersion, clean-up & restoration).
