• Responsible for Corporate tie-ups with property portals (IPC’s), Property Consultants & Wealth Management Firms
• Achieve the assigned target sales volume of residential projects across Mumbai.
• Responsible for all BTL & PR activities of the company like events & exhibitions, placing advertisement into News Papers & Magazines, Hoardings and Neon on strategic locations.
• Proactively build and maintain a good working relationship with Internal/External customers. Ensuring adequate Support to Customers
• Market Research, dynamics & analyzing the project vis-à-vis competition.
• Making daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports related to sales & Collection
• Assist the customers for Home loans, documentations and other paper works
